Mark, I really appreciate your work, I started listening to this podcast yesterday when I realized I almost molested the daughter of a friend. I was shocked at what I had done and knew at that moment I had to break free from this or it would destroy me. I really feel that I can conquer this addiction and never ever commit such a sin again, I feel so ashamed and horrible thinking about what I have done and I never want to feel like this again. Thank you for your help, you really give me hope that I can make it.

now..wait..with this i do have a question..does this mean..fantasies..in a relationship..are wrong?

I believe that if you use fantasies in relationship, you can’t be fully present with your partner, which is completely missing the point of having a sex. It is very important to be engaged in relationships at the moment.
